The apartment of 86 m2, distributed as follows. Large living room, TV, sunroom (with panoramic glass), fully furnished. fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker and kitchenware. Two bedrooms; one double bed and bathroom with shower en suite; and one with two single beds. And a bathroom. The whole house has central air conditioning
The environment
It has a lovely communal area with two pools (one for children), surrounded by a grassy area where you can enjoy the Mediterranean sun. It also has a paddle tennis court and a small playground.
