The ground floor, is of open style and enjoys 360 degree views of the property,  it consists of living/ dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Guest bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Toilet/cloakroom. You can access the side porches, entrance garden or the pool area from anywhere on the ground floor,  

On both sides of the house there are two porches, one with direct exit from the kitchen and with summer dining area. And the other with a relaxation area. The pool is of salt water, there is a shower and a toilet for the outdoor area and laundry room. 

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms all with double beds and with en-suite bathrooms with showers. The rear bedrooms overlook the countryside and from the front, you can have sea views. 

The property has hot/cold air conditioning in all bedrooms; in addition, fans, alarm system, home automation and wifi. In the living / dining room there are fans on the ceilings. The pool is fenced for greater safety in the case of  small children. All doors and windows have mosquito nets. 48" TV in the living room and all bedrooms have TVs and USB plugs. Home automation panel in the living room for the on and off of the entire lighting system. 

The house has a lot of natural light and you can walk to the beach bars and the area of bars and restaurants of both Torreguadiaro and Puerto de Sotogrande.
