The residence is a part of a villa , built 50’s , in the city of Sabaudia – at 200 meter from the municipality tower – in a seat out of the urbanity. In the years 80 , the villa was restored and devided into ten units separated each other and which share the pool and part of the garden.

Our residence is in an autonomous position and looks directly to the pool and surrounding by garden. Sabaudia is known as a model of the “ architettura razionale “ , typical of the 30-40’s !! , .. but it’s famous also for the large beautiful 20 km beach of white sand close to Monte Circeo : which can actract people for its variety of nature and archaeologist sites.
